Watch out for Bogus Callers Calling on Behalf of the British Marine Electronics Association

Maybe it is the sign of the times, but I recently had a phone call from a company saying that they were working on behalf of the British Marine Electronic Association. This was strange, because I look after the marketing of this association and had no knowledge of this company. It really annoyed me that they could be possibly using our brand and reputation to try and get foot in the door of companies within the marine industry.
